The Pilates & Stretching for Seniors class offered by the Whitehorse Activities Club is a great opportunity for older adults looking to improve their overall well-being. Here are some of the key benefits of Pilates, especially for seniors (and be assured that there is no frequently getting up and down from the floor!)

  •                 Day: Wednesday Weekly
  •                 Time: 11:15am – 12:15am
  •                 Location: 1st Nunawading Scout Hall, 1 Mark Place, Nunawading,  (behind Nunawading Community Hub)
  •                 Cost: $7.00 per class
